Joseph's Jalepeno Popper Spread

One of my dearest friends, Joseph, gave me this recipe. Whenever I make it for a party, it's usually gone within 10 minutes. It is easy to make and tastes just like a jalapeno popper!

Ingredients:

1 (8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
2 ounces canned diced jalapeno peppers, drained
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Stir together cream cheese and mayonnaise in a large bowl until smooth. Stir in green chiles and jalapeno peppers. Pour mixture into a safe baking dish and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. It's ready when the top has a light golden brown color.

Serve with your favorite crackers, bread or pita chips, and enjoy!

  1. Made this dip for a card party, everyone loved it and it is so easy to make! I made mine up the day before and just put it in the oven 30 minutes before party.
